What are your delivery costs?
Postage is FREE on orders over £100. Overseas delivery costs may differ. Add your items to the cart and select your country in the drop down box for an accurate cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online payments are taken through PayPal. Customers can pay securely using all major credit cards, debit cards WITHOUT the need to sign up for a PayPal account! However customers with a Paypal account can login and pay via their account. When payment is made by paypal we do not see your credit card details.
You can also send us Cheques, postal orders and cash.

Follow the simple instructions and your order shall be processed as soon as the payment arrives.
Do you deliver outside the U.K.?
Yes we do. We deliver to all countries. The postage cost will be calculated upon checkout. Spray paint can only be shipped to Europe. If you would like to order paint outside of the United Kingdom, Please contact us for accurate shipping prices.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours.
Dispatch schedule:- Monday-Friday. Delivery times are by Royal Mail and outside of our control.
I am still awaiting my order what should I do?
Most orders are usually delivered in within 1-4 working days within the U.K. If you have any questions on the status of your order, please contact us at mail@graff-city.com or using the contact form on the site.
Please remember to state your name and order number/Transaction ID.
Can you ship my items in plain packaging?
Yes, Simply e-mail us after you order requesting plain packaging to be used.

Terms and conditions
1. General:
1.1. All references to “we” and “us” in the following terms and conditions refer to items for sale by www.graff-city.com
1.2. You must be aged 16 years or over to purchase any Aerosol Paint products. By placing an order for such products you confirm you are at least 16 years old.
1.3. All items for sale are brand new.
1.4. Dispatch of items
1.4.1. Royal Mail: We endeavour to dispatch items within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment, except during weekends and UK bank holidays. However on most weekdays, items will be despatched the same day if cleared payment is received before 1600 hrs.
1.4.2. Courier: Items for which cleared payment is received before 9AM will normally be dispatched the same day. Delivery takes 1 -2 working days. The courier rates apply to the

2. Payment:
2.1. We accept
2.2. Payments should be made within 7 working days from the purchase date. If you are not using PayPal as your payment method, please include with your payment, the description and colour of item(s), (if applicable).
2.3. Important information for non-UK Buyers:
2.3.1. Non-UK buyers should pay via PayPal or Moneygram, (see moneygram.com for more information), for their purchases. However, if an alternative payment method is desired, then we may be able to accommodate you, but, you MUST contact us via email B
3. Colour Choices:
3.1. If the buyer does not make any colour choice(s), or their colour choice(s) are not available, at the time of purchase, then we will send one email to the buyer’s email address to request their colour choice(s).
3.2. If the buyer has not responded with an indication of their colour choice(s) within 72 hrs of being sent the email referred to in 3.1 above, then a random choice of colour(s) will be despatched.
3.3. If the buyer is not happy with the random colour choice(s) referred to in 3.2, then they can opt to return the item(s) in question in accordance with section 4.1 below.
4. Returns
4.1. Contract Cancellation: If you are purchasing from within the

If you wish to return item(s) under the terms of 4.1 above, then the items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all relevant seals attached and unbroken, and, in the case of clothing, with all original tags and labels attached. The item(s) must be sent to us so that we receive them within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item(s) were delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged on receipt, (see 4.2 below).
4.2. Wrong/Damaged items:
4.2.1. Wrong item(s): If we send a wrong item or items to the buyer, then they can be returned for replacement or refund at the buyer’s discretion. We will refund the postage costs associated with the return of the item(s). The buyer must contact us with details of the item(s) received B
4.2.2. Damaged item(s): We take great care in the packaging of all our items, but in the unlikely event the buyer receives item(s) damaged in transit, we will replace the item(s) at no further cost to the buyer. The damaged item(s), and all associated packaging, will have to be returned to us before we issue the replacements. The postage cost associated with the return will also be refunded by us. 5. Proof of Posting/Postal issues:
5.1. A proof of posting is obtained for all packages sent, a copy of which can be forwarded to the buyer on request. We are not responsible for any packages lost or delayed in the postal/courier system.
5.2. For packages deemed lost in the Royal Mail postal system, we will be happy, on behalf of our customers, to complete the relevant forms for the Royal Mail investigation into the loss. Please note, however, these investigations can take a considerable time to be completed.
5.3. Postage for paint is £6.99. If you are not charged this upon checkout we will contact you to arrange the payment. The £6.99 covers U.K mainland only.
6. Graff-City points - Reward system:
6.1. The loyalty system may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Graff-city points are not transferable to a third party.
6.3. Graff-city points can only be used for purchases at http://www.graff-city.com/
6.4. The number of points you wish to use for an order must be stated clearly, either in the PayPal notes section or via email to mail@graff-city.com
6.5. 1 graff-city point is earned for each full £1 of purchases, i.e. if you spend £1.99 you earn 1 graff-city point.
6.6. Graff-City points can not be earned from the postage and packaging part of your order.
6.7. If your graff-city points balance is zero, you cannot use the points generated by an order for a discount on the same order.
6.8. A minimum of 50 graff-city points must be redeemed per order.
7. Stock:
7.1. On some occasions items may go out of stock before the website can be updated. If this happens we will either add the closest colour to your order or e-mail you for an alternative.
8. "Free Stuff":
8.1. Only 1 free item per order can be issued
8.2. Free items will not be sent with orders unless it is added to the cart.
8.3. Pictures are for representation only, Actual Free item sent may differ slightly.
8.4. Free postage offers are valid for the United Kingdom only.
9. Disclaimer of liability:
