I've been searching for finer tipped some empty paint pens everywhere with no luck, so overjoyed to find these - especially at such a good price! Nice fine firm tips, good pumping action! No instructions came with them, which would have helped a lot. May seem obvious how to fill them, but when you unscrew them, the spring mechanism pops out and it took a bit of working out how to put it all back together correctly. Biggest issue is paint type and consistency. Could really have done with some guidance on this. It's been trial and error. I basically used a well pigmented acrylic paint, watered down to thin consistency. They've worked ok, but I'm yet to find a paint recipe that works well. I've since bought some acrylic paint flow improver, so will try a drop of that in it next time as it may help. All in all, great fine pens, but only if you find the right paint for them!
