How does “Aim to beat any price” work?
We are confident that our prices are the lowest around, but if you find a product we sell cheaper elsewhere, just send us the details of where you saw the items so we can verify the prices. We will then do our best to offer you a better deal. When comparing prices don’t forget to include VAT, shipping and minimum order values.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours.
Dispatch schedule: - Monday-Friday. Delivery is by Royal Mail or Courier, and delivery times are outside of our control.
I am still awaiting my order what should I do? Most orders are usually delivered in 1-4 working days within the U.K. If you have any questions on the status of your order, please contact us.
Please remember to state your name and order number in any correspondence.
Overseas delivery times can vary – contact us for shipping information for your order.
Can you ship my items in plain packaging?
Yes, just e-mail us your request.

I don’t live in UK, can I order from your site?
Yes, we ship items to virtually every Country in the world.
PLEASE NOTE: Aerosol Spray Paint and other Aerosol products can only be shipped to the following countries: United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, and Sweden.
All non UK mainland orders must use Courier as the shipping method for Aerosol Products.
I don’t have a credit/debit card – how can I pay?
We can accept UK Cheques or Postal Orders. Bank Transfers can also be made by UK and overseas buyers in GBP (overseas buyers must pay any applicable fees).
I don’t have a PayPal account – how can I pay using my Credit/Debit card?
It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to use PayPal as the payment method. If you click on the PayPal payment button at the website checkout, on the PayPal login screen you will see on the left hand side text saying “Don’t have a PayPal Account? No Problem” – this facility will allow you to use your credit/debit card for payment without using or logging on to a PayPal account.
You can also use your credit/debit card to pay using NOCHEX.
How do I get free stuff?
If you want to receive any free items with your order, these must be added to your cart when you place your order, otherwise they will not be sent.

I am under 16 years of age, can I order spray paint?
You must be 16 years of age or older to purchase Aerosol Spray Paint. By purchasing Aerosol Spray Paint you are declaring that you are 16 years of age or older.
