Product Reviews for Orange Label Wooden Artist Panel - Un-primed

Good quality boards that work well as a base for traditional oil painting preparation with rabbit skin glue

This panel has a very smooth and even coloured surface and the ply board is 9mm thick. The bracing is in ply board too which is better for stability than the solid timber braces more often found on these types of painting boards. The reverse of the board is also very clean and smooth and had no knots or discolouration. It has taken rabbit skin glue well without any warping. The panel is very lightweight but seems very good quality, as I would expect from a company like Belli Arti.

This is a nice size to start with and paint sticks well and sets well on it.
