At the age of 13, John Matos began following older kids from his neighbourhood to the train depots, where he immersed himself in painting. After accidentally crashing his school's computer, Matos adopted the name CRASH, and his tag began appearing on trains travelling throughout New York City.

By 1980, he had moved his activities from the train depots to galleries and curated the groundbreaking exhibition "Graffiti Art Success for America," held at the Fashion MODA art space in New York. The show launched the graffiti movement, which remains active today.

The can comes to you packaged in a matching wooden box.
