Eggshell vs Vinyl – What’s the difference?
Eggshell is not a surface finish. It is a tamper-evident sticker material designed to crack and break into small pieces when removal is attempted (similar to a real eggshell).
Vinyl stickers, by contrast, remove in one piece and do not break apart.

Artwork Requirements:

• Please provide artwork in .EPS, Vector format, PDF, or a high-quality JPEG (270dpi). Other file types (e.g., PNG) can be printed but may result in lower quality.
• Indicate where you would like the cut line to ensure we cut out your stickers accurately. If no cut line is specified, we will fill your artwork to the sticker size.
• Cutting Corners: Rounded or square corners are recommended, Kiss-cut NOT available for egg-shell as jagged edges can make the stickers too fragile to remove from the backing paper.
• Bleed: There is no need to add bleed to your artwork (extra space around the edges to allow for precise cutting), as our printing staff will add this if necessary.

Dispatch Time: Up to 7 working days. Delivery estimates provided at checkout do not include the time required for custom printing.

Delivery:

All delivery options, costs and estimated delivery dates are available at checkout.

Despatch times can vary from 1-2 working days, depending on the carrier service selected and warehouse workload. 

If your order is placed by 2pm (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) we can offer a scheduled next working day delivery - via our Express services (UK only, not including extended area destinations). 
Please place your order by 2pm to allow us time to prepare your order for dispatch at 3pm, and choose an appropriate shipping method at checkout (estimated delivery dates will be displayed at this point - you may need to choose the express shipping option). Weekend deliveries are only available with the specified Saturday service.

Orders which are received after 2pm and outside of working hours cannot be dispatched until the next working day.

Returns:

You can return any unused items for a full refund of the item price within 14 days of receiving the item. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued within 48 hours. 

After 14 days, if the item/s are not faulty or sent in error and you wish to return / exchange them, there will be a 5% restocking fee. 

If more than 30 days have passed since your order was received, then the items can no longer be returned to us.

These terms do not apply to books or magazines.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged on receipt.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal & Amazon Pay.

We do not hold or record any sensitive information such as your card details to ensure we are PCI Compliant.
