The Empty is the most experimental format of Firma Rollers, giving you wide open freedom to remix Refill colours, or experiment with whatever viscous liquids you want! Get weird and wear gloves.

HOW TO USE

With the cap on partially peel off the label and gently twist the head until it detachesfrom the container. Fill your EMPTY and then press the head into place until you hear theclosing sound. Shake and lift the cap, lift the sleeve and remove the security seal.

Put the sleeveback and you can proceed to prime it. To do this, carefully rotate the FIRMA EMPTY and in across-shaped motion distribute the paint on a flat surface to help saturate the sleeve. From thismoment on, the content slowly exits the container, so we recommend keeping it in a vertical position at all times. Repeat the priming operation if you see that your stroke loses density.

Despatch times can vary from 1-2 working days, depending on the carrier service selected and warehouse workload. 

If your order is placed by 2pm (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) we can offer a scheduled next working day delivery - via our Express services (UK only, not including extended area destinations). 
Please place your order by 2pm to allow us time to prepare your order for dispatch at 3pm, and choose an appropriate shipping method at checkout (estimated delivery dates will be displayed at this point - you may need to choose the express shipping option). Weekend deliveries are only available with the specified Saturday service.

Orders which are received after 2pm and outside of working hours cannot be dispatched until the next working day.

Returns:

You can return any unused items for a full refund of the item price within 14 days of receiving the item. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued within 48 hours. 

After 14 days, if the item/s are not faulty or sent in error and you wish to return / exchange them, there will be a 5% restocking fee. 

If more than 30 days have passed since your order was received, then the items can no longer be returned to us.

These terms do not apply to books or magazines.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged on receipt.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal & Amazon Pay.
